From Bootcamp to a
Movement

At IreachAgility Pathways, we’re closing the opportunity gap in tech, one life at a time. What began as a small bootcamp is now a full-scale nonprofit movement empowering underrepresented minorities to break into and thrive in the tech industry.
Through tuition-free training, mentorship, and job placement, we create real pathways to real careers in Cybersecurity, Software Programming, DevOps, Project Management, and more.

We are also committed to fostering and developing the next generation of tech entrepreneurs and creatives in Africa.

Join us in building a more diverse, inclusive, and equitable tech future.

Our Mission & Vision

Our mission is to close the opportunity gap in tech by providing underrepresented minorities with tuition-free training, mentorship, and job placement, empowering them to launch successful careers in high-demand fields like Cybersecurity, DevOps and Cloud Computing, Software Programming, Data Analytics, Project Management and Artificial Intelligence (AI).

We exist to create pathways where barriers once stood and to champion a tech industry that reflects the diversity of the world we live in.

We envision a tech ecosystem where diversity is the norm, not the exception—where individuals from all backgrounds have equal access to opportunities, resources, and leadership.

Through education, empowerment, and equity, we aim to build a future where underrepresented minorities have equal access to opportunities and the tools to thrive in the tech industry.

Why We Focus on Minorities

“As one of the few Black engineers on my team, I’ve experienced both the incredible rewards and the profound isolation that can come with being underrepresented in tech. This personal journey drives our mission every day.”

— Edwin Nkemanthe, Founder

13% vs 9%

African Americans make up 13% of the US population but only 9% of tech jobs

18% vs 8%

Latinos make up 18% of the US population but only 8% of tech jobs
These disparities exist due to systemic and cultural barriers—limited access to tech education, financial obstacles, lack of role models, implicit bias, and persistent stereotypes.
Our vision is a tech ecosystem where diversity is the standard and every voice has a seat at the table.
